Provide hands-on engineering support to production and electrical integration activities, including frequent interaction on the shop floor and project sites to resolve issues and maintain project momentum
Troubleshoot technical challenges during fabrication, assembly, installation, and testing, driving timely and practical solutions
Support project planning and execution activities, including development of work orders, material coordination, schedules, budgets, and execution tracking
Contribute to development of inspection and test plans, build plans, installation plans, and production execution documentation
Review purchase orders, contracts, and change requests to ensure technical requirements and acceptance criteria are clearly defined and met
Partner cross-functionally with production, welders, quality, field personnel, and executive leadership to address risks, resolve issues, and maintain alignment

Experience working with the Department of Defense or on aerospace project sites preferred.
Experience supporting projects with cross-functional coordination between engineering, production, quality, and field/service teams
Familiarity with quality management systems such as AS9100 or ISO 9001
Experience supporting technical project execution, planning, tracking, and coordination in a customer-driven environment
