Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily jobsite cleanup and organization
Remove trash, debris, packaging, and unused materials from work areas
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries
Transport tools, equipment, and materials between storage areas and work zones
Stage materials for electricians, installers, and field crews
Assist with inventory tracking and material counts
Load and unload company vehicles
Support mobilization and demobilization of jobsite equipment
Assist with setup of temporary work areas, storage zones, and material laydown areas
Safely move heavy materials, equipment, ladders, and tools
Maintain clear walkways and safe working conditions
Follow all company and site safety requirements
Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Lift and carry 50–100 lbs repeatedly
Push/pull carts, pallets, and equipment
Walk and stand for extended periods
Frequently bend, kneel, crouch, and reach
Repeatedly move materials up and down stairs
Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to safely operate pickup trucks, vans, or delivery vehicles
Strong work ethic and punctuality
Good communication skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Ability to work around active construction crews and occupied buildings
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Pass the required school district background screening
Be eligible to work in secure school facilities
Maintain professional conduct around students, faculty, and staff
Follow all school safety and access procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
Construction or warehouse experience
Experience using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or material carts
OSHA 10 certification (preferred but not required)
Experience with electrical or low-voltage job sites is a plus
Duration: Temporary 2 to 3 months
