We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager/Executive Assistant to support our senior management team and ensure the smooth running of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the office, coordinating administrative tasks, and providing high-level support to the executives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage the administrative functions of the office, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities and vendor management.
Provide high-level support to the senior management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Maintain and organize records, files, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials for meetings and presentations.
Manage internal and external communications, including email, phone calls, and mail.
Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics and catering.
Manage and track expenses, including expense reports and invoices.
Serve as a liaison between the senior management team and internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in office management or executive assistant role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems.
Experience in event planning and coordination is preferred.

Shift and Benefits
Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00AM -5:00PM
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Life Insurance, 401K and EAP
Hiring Range:
$ 67,000.00 - $75,000.00
Actual base compensation is commensurate with experience, skills, qualifications, education, training, and internal equity. While we anticipate the selected candidate for this position will fall towards the middle point of the hiring range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis.
